FAQ

How do I receive my pictures?

You will be sent a link to view your private online Gallery. You will receive ALL of the images taken.
You will get an individual pin number to use, so that you can download your images. This gives you full autonomy and control over what you do with the images from creating your own bespoke thank you cards, presents for family and affordable printing from your choice of vendor.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

Having a newborn myself, I can honestly tell you there is no "best time". They will inevitably be sick, poop or become unsettled at some point. To minimise this, I suggest straight after a feed, when they are feeling full and content. This is one of the reasons a photoshoot from the comfort of your own home is a good option. We can take feeding and comfort breaks as and when.

When do we meet?

I offer FREE online consultations where we discuss all of your requirements and finalise the costings. This gives you the opportunity to meet me and decide if I am the right person to capture your memories. I believe you need to feel comfortable with your photographer and confident that they will deliver what you envision.

How should we dress for our family session?

It's important you feel comfortable. You can wear whatever you want. Most clients opt for matching outfits for Christmas shoots or a similar colour scheme, but it's really up to you.

How do I secure my date/shoot?

To secure a date there is a £50 non-refundable deposit that is required to be paid at the time of booking. Wedding bookings are required to pay £100 and need to be paid in full 4 weeks before the big day. All other Photoshoots need to be paid, in full, 1 week beforehand.

How long will it take to get my images?

We work to a 6 week turn around and endeavour to get your Gallery sent to you in this timeframe. Photographing you is just the first step, there are several more behind the scenes, including the editing. On occasion there maybe a reason for delay, but we will always contact you and inform you if there are any issues.
